Talent Management Program
We developed a multi-stage talent management program that aims to specifically promote our employees’ potential in all our group companies. Our goal is to give everyone the opportunity to further develop, provided they show personal commitment, a willingness to take on more responsibility and an intensive desire to learn.
At the talent networking meeting, participants in the HABAU GROUP talent program present their final projects.
HABAU GROUP 4 Kids
At certain locations, we offer several weeks of childcare during the summer months for children aged 4 to 12. This makes it easier for our employees to reconcile family and work. In addition to entertainment, games, and fun, we also want to arouse the interest and enthusiasm of the youngest generation for the construction industry.
Sport & Events
Take part in our winter sports day or take part in running events such as the Wings for Life Run or the Business Run to show off your sporting skills. Our company events also give you the opportunity to get to know your team and colleagues from the HABAU GROUP better.
